Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of the online form.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place your unworn footwear in the original shoebox and pack it into a shipping container, ensuring you remove or cover any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
